سيناريست مصري، من مواليد مدينة القاهرة عام ١٩٨١، تخرج من كلية الهندسة بجامعة القاهرة في عام ٢٠٠٣، ثم التحق بمدرسة فانكوفر للسينما في كندا لدراسة المؤثرات البصرية والرسوم المتحركة وتخرج منها في عام ٢٠٠٥، ثم عاد مجددًا إلى القاهرة مكرسًا وقته منذ ذلك الوقت للكتابة. قام شريف بتأليف فيلمي (لا تراجع ولا استسلام: القبضة الدامية) و(سيما علي بابا)، كما قام بكتابة المسلسل التليفزيوني (عرض خاص) الذي عرض في عام ٢٠١٠.
