مخرج مصري، ولد في عام 1931، وبدأ حياته الفنية فى نهاية الأربعينيات، وعمل بالسينما والمسرح والتليفزيون، كما كتب القصة والسيناريو والحوار بعض الأفلام التي أخرجها. من أفلامه: (الاحتياط واجب، الحدق يفهم، 4-2-4، رجب فوق صفيح ساخن، مين يقدر على عزيزة). توفى في عام 1992.
